Julian Phillips is our science, science fiction and film production reporter. Former newspaper editor, journalist, singer / songwriter, busker, political activist and bon vivant. Julian lost his sight in 2019 due to a massive infection, but continues to fight to maintain his life and interests.

Sydney Allen aka DJ Sydney is a graduate of the Vallejo Project Youth Leadership Program. She is the current reigning Miss Vallejo Tri-City where her duties include social, community and political activism and appearances. She is a musician, singer, media producer, international model and aspiring actress. She has been featured in several international fashion magazines. A native of Vallejo, California. Daughter of Dante Q. Allen, Commissioner of the Rehabilitation Services Office, U.S. Department of Education.
